JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for new colleagues in several IT areas, choose which role and specialty you want to highlight in your application.

• System Developer/System Technician IT
  In this role, you will work broadly with the operation, maintenance, and development of our IT solutions. You will be involved in implementing new systems, ensuring everything works together, and contributing to smart improvements in everyday life. We are looking for someone who is curious about areas such as identity management (IGA/IAM), permissions, integrations, Microsoft Power Platform, or AI. Experience or interest in system development is a big plus! Here, you will be part of an engaged team focused on IT security and close collaboration with colleagues in operations, management, and various business areas.
• Solution Architect IT / IT Architect
  You are the link between business and technology. You choose the right solutions, ensure they are scalable, and fit into our IT environment. The work spans both daily operations and long-term strategy. We are looking for someone with a focus on client management, networking, and communication.
• System Administrator IT / Object Manager IT
  You have a basic understanding of IT and enjoy working closely with both technology and business. The role involves driving and developing new and existing IT solutions, from access control systems to business systems. We work according to a PM3 inspired management model. Project management and organizational skills are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is studying or has a degree from a university/college in IT or technology or has equivalent competence through experience.

You enjoy collaborating but can also work independently when needed. You take responsibility, keep track of your tasks, and drive your work forward. We appreciate that you can prioritize smartly, work structured, and enjoy contributing new ideas and solutions.
