The IT department of Tullverket is located in Luleå and currently consists of approximately 320 employees. The department supports the entire Tullverket and delivers various types of services in different areas to Tullverket's core operations and other departments. The IT department is responsible for Tullverket's IT production and IT development, as well as for the short- and long-term planning of operations from an IT perspective.

About the position

As an IT Security Specialist, you will be part of the IT department's IT security function and work with security protection issues in the delivery area for security protection. The role involves planning, developing, and maintaining IT support for the agency's security-sensitive operations together with others in the delivery area. The role requires close collaboration with several other operations within Tullverket and within the IT department. The closest collaboration will take place with the IT department's units within IT production, primarily operations, digital workplace, and Tullverket's SOC. The role requires accuracy, self-motivation, communication skills, and a good ability to document.

Your work will include, among other things:

• Interpreting regulatory requirements within security protection legislation and regulations such as MSBFS and PMFS
• Responsible for developing and managing governing and supporting documents within the security protection area
• Acting as a link between the delivery area and the units within IT production
• Responsible for supporting, documenting, and communicating chosen solutions to various target groups

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree in IT or other education deemed equivalent by Tullverket
• further education in IT security
• experience working with security-sensitive operations
• current experience working in the IT security field
• good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience in security protection work in the state, municipality, or county council, or alternatively in a larger company (> 500 employees).
• experience interpreting regulatory requirements related to security protection legislation and its regulations
