Service Technician at Onitio

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will work with on-site IT support at customer locations. You will assist customers with various IT-related issues and challenges/tasks. This can involve everything from installing new computers, managing account unlocks, connecting printers, upgrading software to handling network problems or troubleshooting existing computers and printer hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and a service-oriented mindset. It is a varied and developing role for those passionate about technology and who want to deliver first-class service.

The assignment may involve travel with overnight stays.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with a high chance of extension.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

If you have previously worked as a technician, are proficient in Swedish and English, and hold a B driver's license, we believe you have the right qualifications to match the role.
