We are looking for a system administrator within HR who wants to create effective and modern solutions for our organization. You will belong to the HR development support and service area within the Division of Regional Common. The area delivers various support within HR in the form of operational support, questions about salary formation, recruitment, competence supply, as well as work environment and health, and also support for the region's payroll management. HR system administration is included as a unit in the same area.
We are looking for someone with an academic education or equivalent experience and a solid background in system administration, preferably within the public sector. Extensive experience in management, requirements specification, testing, training, and further development of HR systems in a larger organization is advantageous. If you have worked with systems such as Visma Personec, Time Care, or other personnel administrative systems within public operations, it is a significant plus.
We place great importance on personal qualities; as a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating. Prioritizing, re-prioritizing, and finding creative solutions with a holistic view come naturally to you.
As a system administrator, you will be a key person in the development of our HR processes. You will:
- Manage, adapt, and specify new functions for our HR systems for increased digitization, efficiency, and automation in accordance with the management plan.
- Be responsible for quality work, routines, and testing.
- Participate in projects and collaborate with suppliers to improve systems and processes.
- Have operational responsibility for designated areas, such as access rights, salary review, and follow-up.
- Guide and train in the functions of the systems.
- The work is carried out in close collaboration with the region's Payroll and HR function.

We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during the day and start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
