About the Job
Do you have a few years of experience in project management and want to truly contribute and make a difference in a growing company within the pharmaceutical industry? Then we have the position for you!
As a Business Development Assistant, you will work very closely with the company's founders to develop new pharmacy products. You will be an enabler: a person who captures new opportunities, prioritizes the right things, and drives projects in product and business development. You will coordinate the internal work of product development with external suppliers. The position is varied and dynamic, and your main tasks will be to:
Drive product and business development projects from idea to launch in close collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners.
Be an extended arm of the founders, supporting both strategic and operational issues and helping to prioritize the right initiatives.
Coordinate, follow up, and create structure in projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all parts move forward.
Prepare decision-making materials, analyses, and meetings, and contribute to creating efficient processes and smarter ways of working.
Manage communication and coordination with internal teams and external contacts, both nationally and internationally.
The position is full-time, office hours apply, and is expected to start as soon as the right candidate is found.

You have a post-secondary education in economics or another relevant field.
You have 1-3 years of experience working in a coordinating or project management role.
You are driven, curious, and solution-oriented; you see opportunities where others see obstacles and enjoy making things happen.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure and pace go hand in hand, and where you can drive multiple projects forward simultaneously with business acumen and analytical ability.
You are communicative, confident, and easily collaborate with both colleagues and external partners – in Swedish and English.
You have a digital touch and enjoy streamlining work with smart tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Experience in project management or a basic understanding of legal/regulatory aspects within pharmaceuticals or medtech is a plus.
