On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an engaged customer service representative who wants to be part of a growing team. You will work in a dynamic environment where service and quality are at the forefront.

About the role

In this role, you will be an important part of the client's customer service team. You will:

• Provide first-class service via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries regarding invoices, fees, and services
• Perform administrative tasks in web-based systems

The position is a consulting solution for at least six months, with very good opportunities for direct employment with the client after the period.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Comfortable working via phone, email, and chat
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience in customer service is an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to provide the best possible customer experience are the most important. We will complete the recruitment process during December, starting immediately after the holidays, tentatively on January 7th.
