We are looking for a personal assistant for a disabled man in his 60s in Finspång. We are seeking someone who is flexible, calm, responsible, and can work both independently and in a team. Since the individual lives alone in a house, gardening skills are a plus but not a requirement. The job requires a driver's license and a personal vehicle. Leisure time is very important for the disabled individual, and he has his own car for activities. Scheduled working hours apply, with shifts both day and night. Training in healthcare and LSS is advantageous but not mandatory. A strong emphasis is placed on personal chemistry. Working hours can be both full-time and part-time.
