We are a parent cooperative with about 30 children and 8 dedicated colleagues. Our daily life is shaped by close collaboration and a shared focus on providing children with security, joy, and opportunities to develop.

We work in smaller groups with a high staff-to-child ratio, which creates good conditions for safety, quality, and close pedagogical work.

Responsibilities:

● Contribute to realizing the established goals for the operation

● Participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of the educational activities

● Be responsible for delegated tasks

● Continuously follow, document, and analyze each child's development and learning

● Conduct onboarding, follow-up, and development conversations with guardians

We are looking for someone who:

● Is a trained childcare worker

● Is secure, engaged, and responsive in interactions with children

● Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working closely with colleagues

● Has a genuine interest in children's development, learning, and well-being

Start date May 1, 2026, or by agreement.
