Feelgood Norrköping is looking for a Case Manager, Rehab Coordinator
We are a team of about 15 people in various roles (doctors, psychologists, behavioral scientists, nurses, physiotherapists, ergonomists, delivery support, and account managers). Our unit in Norrköping is centrally located at Bråddgatan 11. We also work on-site with our clients at several customer reception areas and at nearby Feelgood units.
In the role of Case Manager
you have a central and very important role in coordinating rehabilitation efforts based on our clients' various rehabilitation strategies. You will work with identifying early signs of ill health, supporting managers and HR in various rehabilitation cases, and suggesting measures in different rehabilitation issues. You will also support managers in their roles related to employee care, rehabilitation responsibility, and systematic work environment efforts. Through close dialogue with the client, you will create opportunities for early interventions aimed at promoting health in the workplace. In the unit, you will work cross-professionally and in close collaboration with your colleagues, a team consisting of company doctors, psychologists, behavioral scientists, company nurses, physiotherapists/ergonomists, and work environment engineers. As a Case Manager at Feelgood, you will also work closely with the sales team, both regionally and nationally, and together we meet our clients, physically or digitally, to support them in their systematic work environment efforts.
We are looking for someone who
is passionate about meeting people, is driven, creative, and attentive with a holistic view and the ability to see the connection between work and life situation. You have a genuine interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation, meeting the client and the employee where they are, and presenting opportunities through a consultative approach. You are used to taking responsibility and working independently as well as possessing social skills and being a good team player.
Scope:
Permanent employment 100% or as agreed.
The position may involve working in nearby municipalities at our reception areas.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Selection and interviews are ongoing.
Assignments may occur in other locations in the region or at the client.
Experience and education
We prefer that you are a licensed nurse/company nurse. If not, you have other experience working with rehabilitation. Perhaps a background as a behavioral scientist or are familiar with insurance medicine. Maybe you work at the Social Insurance Agency with rehabilitation cases?
You need to have an interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation, managerial support, and HR issues, and to fit in the role with us, you need to be flexible, responsible, independent, and secure in your role. You are structured and can plan your work and drive it forward with consistent and high quality. As a person, you are goal-oriented and flexible and have the ability to adapt when circumstances change. It is important that you are a good team player, enjoy collaboration, and see the value in utilizing the team's competence to meet the client's needs. Feelgood works broadly with digital delivery and video visits, and this is something we are constantly developing. Good IT skills are therefore a prerequisite for you to succeed in your work with us. You should also have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience and interest in work-oriented rehabilitation.
- Knowledge and experience in occupational health care.
- Experience in sales or working with customer relations.
- Interest/experience in working with risk behavior.
- Interest/experience in working with issues related to NPF in the workplace.
