Active and Inspiring Personal Assistant. Is that you?

About me: I am a social 7-year-old girl living with my mom in Motala. I enjoy playing, swinging, and going for walks. Besides attending school during the day, I fill my day with training, play, and practical tasks, and my assistants need to help inspire and take initiative in a playful way. I do not have my own speech and need support with most things in my daily life.

You as an assistant: I am looking for someone who can take responsibility, is attentive, and confident in themselves. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in qualified care and can provide support during tube feedings, epilepsy, medication, and suctioning. Your communication needs to be clear, and I must be sure that you understand all tasks and that you have the empathy to get to know me and my way of communicating.

If you have education in healthcare or childcare, that is a plus.

Scope: Temporary position, full-time awake night. The temporary position will last for a longer time as one of our regular staff will soon go on parental leave.

Start date: Immediate introduction or as agreed.
