As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different disabilities. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our services also require that you can work nights.

• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus but not a requirement).

Employment type: Summer temporary position, need-based employment before/after summer may be relevant in some cases

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
