We are looking for a personal assistant for a wonderful 15-year-old boy!

Are you a secure, warm, and proactive person who enjoys working with children and teenagers? We are now looking for a part-time personal assistant for a 15-year-old boy who lives with his family. The job involves being a part of the family's daily life, where sometimes you need to step forward and sometimes take a step back depending on the situation.

About the position:

The assignment is based in Ljungsbro, with good transportation links; it is an advantage if you can drive, but it is not a requirement.

• Part-time with varying work shifts as agreed.
• The work takes place in the family's home, where cooperation and flexibility are important parts of the assignment.
• Outdoor activities are included, so you need to enjoy being outside and be able to swim.
• Some physical training is part of the job to support the person in his activities and movement.

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for someone who is smoke-free, punctual, and has Swedish as their native language in both speech and writing. Computer skills are important as we use a journal system. Experience with TAKK (Sign Language as Alternative and Complementary Communication) is an advantage, but not a requirement – we welcome your curiosity to learn.

You need to have a basic understanding of medical terms. Experience with epilepsy, PEG, and tube feeding is meritorious.

You are solution-focused and have good self-awareness, which allows you to create a safe and harmonious environment for the person you are working with.

Initiative is an important quality. Sometimes there are quieter moments in the job, and we want you to be able to see what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting for instructions.

The person in question is active in his own way – he enjoys being outside, exploring, and finding things to do. It is not about organized sports, but about everyday and enjoyable activities where your presence and participation become an important part, for example: football matches or other activities that engage the senses.
