Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with one of our clients in Motala. The position is a temporary part-time job with the possibility of a regular schedule.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 50s living in Motala.

• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• experience with lifting or similar mobility aids is an advantage

For this position, it is required that you:

• have a B driver's license

• Personal suitability will be given great importance

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience from a similar role
