Together with the client, we collaborate with the region, social services, and other authorities to create opportunities and support for the client's reintegration into society. The client's participation and co-determination characterize the entire treatment process. We offer round-the-clock care within the accommodation.

We are now looking for on-call and summer substitutes for Villa Vita's support accommodation in Linköping. We are looking for someone who can step in on short notice (but also planned) to strengthen the team.

Ideally, you have experience in social work and/or social psychiatry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of treatment assistant at Villa Marie, you support the individual towards a drug-free life and independence. You assist in the individual's daily life. We have well-established routines that provide security for both our clients and staff. With the client in focus, we always work for the best possible encounter.

The work includes evening, night, and weekend shifts with sleeping on-call duty. The assignment may also involve conversations and visits outside the accommodation.

As a person, you demonstrate an empathetic ability and have a positive view of humanity. You can build relationships and be a good role model for others, have good initiative, are independent, and find it easy to collaborate.
