We are now looking for a personal assistant to complete our assistance team! We want to find someone who is passionate about the job and wants to stay for a longer period in a position with our client. You will be working with a man living in an apartment in Mjölby! You will be employed by us at Saand but will perform the job in his home.

The man is in his 65s and has MS and diabetes. The job involves constantly following him in his daily life and helping him do what we all do every day, which is impossible for him to accomplish on his own due to his disabilities. The man has staffing around the clock, and at certain times, there is double staffing.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? We see that you are a man or woman aged 24-55. You have experience working with individuals with similar disabilities or in other LSS-related fields. You easily follow instructions and are humble but also assertive, able to take initiative and plan. You are smoke-free and preferably completely tobacco-free. You need to be driven in your work and engaged. You can plan and take your own initiatives and read situations well. You are humble and attentive. It is important that you master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing.

NOTE!! We initially apply a hourly employment. A fixed schedule for the right person is available!
