Omsorgsgruppen is a small private company that has been around since 1996. We have offices in Norrköping and Linköping and operate throughout Östergötland. We are now looking for approximately 10 summer substitutes for our group homes in Linköping for the summer of 2026. The positions are for about 75%, with the possibility of introduction before the summer and potential continued employment.

About the Position

As a summer substitute, you will work closely with the residents to support them in their daily lives, for example:

• Daily tasks, personal care, and leisure activities
• Accompanying during medical visits
• Delegated tasks such as medication management
• Social support and motivational work

The work is based on the individual's needs and aims to promote independence and participation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has ongoing or completed nursing assistant training or equivalent education
• Has experience working with the target group
• Is engaged, responsible, and has a respectful approach

Experience with clear pedagogical methods, low-arousal responses, MI, and/or sign language support is an advantage.

Working Hours

The operation runs around the clock, which means work day, evening, and weekend. Sleeping on-call is included.
