JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for nurses who want to be part of the development within Care and Nursing and work in home health care.

The assignment involves collaborating in interdisciplinary teams. The team's task is to provide health and medical care within the municipality's area of responsibility. In your work, you will collaborate with other professional categories in the organization and be responsible for guidance and delegation to nursing staff.

Your HSL team includes all licensed professional categories who sit together and work from the same premises. Depending on placement, you as a nursing responsible nurse may have patients in both regular and special housing. Working hours are scheduled during the day with weekend work every 5th week.

We are now looking for you who are interested in being part of a team. As a person, you are positive, curious, and collaborative.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities and is solution-focused. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as collaboration skills and commitment.

You should also have a good ability to work independently and make your own decisions, but at the same time have the ability to see yourself as part of our team. You express yourself well in speech and writing, prioritize well, and contribute to our good work environment.

We see it as a given to work with a patient-centered approach with the individual's participation in focus.

Experience from municipal home health care is an advantage.
