Your Role with Us

As a nurse in Kristianstad municipality, you have overall responsibility for patients with various diagnoses and care needs. In your role, you work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams together with nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff. As a nurse with us, you have the opportunity to independently plan how your workweek will look based on the needs of patients and the organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and we would like you to have experience working in municipal health and medical care. Since communication and documentation are part of the job, we want you to have good computer skills and to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

Your personal qualities mean a lot to us and we are looking for someone who has a good ability to communicate, promote a good work environment, and work both independently and in a team. You can create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally, and you collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions. Furthermore, you should be able to prioritize, plan, and at the same time have the ability to perform in a pressured environment and quickly adapt to the needs of the organization for the day.

About Us

The operations of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and individuals who need functional support, as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
