JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role
As a physiotherapist, you will work to create conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. We work with patients aged 20 and above.
The work includes:
- Independent assessment, planning, and implementation of measures.
- Fitting and prescribing aids.
- Delegation and guidance of nursing staff and rehabilitation representatives in activating and rehabilitative working methods.
- Assessment and certification for housing adaptation.
- Training nursing staff in manual transfers.
We focus heavily on teamwork and person-centered care. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals around the patient, such as occupational therapists, nurses, rehabilitation assistants, nursing staff, care managers, and unit managers, as well as external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed physiotherapist.
- Is self-directed and can plan and prioritize your tasks.
- Is flexible and responsible.
- Is curious and engaged.
- Is positive and focuses on solutions rather than obstacles.
- Has good collaboration skills.
- Can express yourself well in speech and writing.
- Has a friendly and professional demeanor.
