About Alm Psychiatry

Alm Psychiatry was founded in 2022 and is now a well-established specialist psychiatric clinic based in Halmstad. The organization works with assessment, investigation, and treatment of patients with ADHD, bipolar disorder, and depression. Our operations are built on clear processes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a culture characterized by quality, structure, and respectful interaction. Since its inception, the organization has developed clinical processes and internal working methods that have given us a stable and quality-focused clinic, where clinical competence and systematic quality work go hand in hand.

About the role

As a Deputy Operations Manager, you support the Operations Manager in leading and driving the organization. Your main task is to develop and follow up on the organization's processes to ensure that working methods and routines are adhered to and maintain high quality.

The organization's culture is not hierarchical, and colleagues with management assignments work together in a supportive and humble manner to create the best conditions for a good organizational culture, good results in the organization, and a good work environment.

The work involves close collaboration with and responsibility for employees consisting of psychologists, doctors, nurses, contact persons, and administrators. The Deputy Operations Manager replaces the Operations Manager in case of temporary absence.

The Deputy Operations Manager serves as an important link between management, clinical functions, and administrative support functions.

About the position

• Role: Deputy Operations Manager, 100% employment rate (trust-based working hours of a maximum of 40 hours/week).
• Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
• Location: Halmstad, with the possibility to work remotely
• Salary: We apply transparent salary setting, and the starting salary for the unit manager is 65,000 SEK/month
