Alm Psychiatry continues to develop and we are looking for another colleague in the role of unit manager. The role involves work and process management in the organization's care processes, patient safety work, and work environment efforts.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of psychiatric care work and who thrives in a role with multiple points of contact. As a unit manager, you are a resource and management function for colleagues across several professions and contribute to a safe and sustainable care and work environment for both colleagues and patients.

About Alm Psychiatry

Alm Psychiatry was founded in 2022 and is now a well-established specialist psychiatric clinic with locations in Halmstad and Malmö. The organization works with assessment, investigation, and treatment of patients with ADHD, bipolar disorder, and depression. Our operations are based on clear processes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a culture characterized by quality, structure, and respectful interaction. Since its inception, the organization has developed clinical processes and internal working methods that have created a stable and quality-focused care clinic, where clinical competence and systematic quality work go hand in hand.

About the role

As a unit manager, you have a central and trusted assignment where you act as the link between management and employees. The role involves a combination of work management, quality assurance, follow-up, and practical coordination of daily operations. You work closely with employees consisting of psychologists, doctors, nurses, contact persons, and administrators. Your main task is to follow up on the organization's processes to ensure that working methods and routines are adhered to with high quality.

About the position

• Role: Unit Manager, 100% employment rate (trust-based working hours of no more than 40 hours/week.)
• Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
• Location: Halmstad, with the possibility to work remotely
• Salary: We apply transparent salary setting and the starting salary for the unit manager is 55,000 SEK/month
