About the workplace

In the home healthcare area of South, a team of nurses works with a strong focus on the patient. We operate from newly renovated premises on Landskronavägen.

One of our colleagues will soon be on parental leave, but we choose to permanently employ the person who will replace them during the temporary position.

Job responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.

You will assist in assessing the individual's condition and take action based on that. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for guiding and delegating care staff and supporting other professionals in the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and documentation experience. A B driver's license is required.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home healthcare.
