Working as a dental hygienist at Smile Dental Care

Preventive dental care is an important part of our offering, and as a dental hygienist, you play a crucial role in this. You will perform standard dental hygienist tasks and treat both children and adult patients. As a dental hygienist with us, you will be part of a larger network of dental hygienists where we share knowledge and experiences through joint networking meetings with colleagues throughout Smile.

With us, you have great trust and freedom in your role. You are responsible for your own appointment book, which gives you a flexible and well-balanced workday. This, in turn, creates conditions for high quality in treatments, satisfied patients, and a successful operation.

We have regular clinic and therapy meetings where we reflect, develop, and support each other. As a dental hygienist, you work independently in your treatment room but are also an important part of the team, collaborating closely with your colleagues.

For us, it is important to help each other in everyday life – therefore, you will also contribute when needed with tasks in sterilization, dishwashing, and similar duties. At Smile, we work in the Frenda journal system.

At the clinic, we regularly hold clinic and therapy meetings where you have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection. As a dental hygienist, you work independently in your room but collaborate closely with the other dental hygienists at the clinic. Through this, you have the opportunity for significant influence and development of your workplace together with your colleagues.

Employment form and start date

We offer a permanent position full-time or part-time based on your preferences (75-100%). The position starts with a probationary period.
