Are you an engaged and experienced teacher in after-school care with a strong interest in pedagogical development? Do you want to help shape a meaningful school day for our students? Bladins School is now looking for a lead teacher in after-school care who wants to take a leading responsibility for further developing the operations together with school management and colleagues.

About the assignment:
As a lead teacher in after-school care, you play a key role in driving and developing the teaching within after-school care, focusing on accessible learning environments, social learning, safety, and creativity. You are part of the school's pedagogical leadership and collaborate closely with both school management and work teams.
You will:
- Implement scientifically based methods and working practices
- Lead collegial processes and mentor colleagues in pedagogical work
- Drive development initiatives based on the school's goals and the purpose of after-school care according to Lgr22
- Contribute to creating a cohesive school day with increased alignment between school and after-school care
- Plan and implement competence-enhancing initiatives within the staff
- Actively work with systematic quality work focusing on learning environments and safety
- Initiate collaborations and networks, both internally and externally
- Translate current research into daily work and contribute to spreading proven experience
The assignment is continuously monitored by school management to ensure direction, goal fulfillment, and identify support needs.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is a certified primary teacher in after-school care with several years of experience working in after-school care. You have a very good ability to lead pedagogical processes and are accustomed to working systematically towards common goals.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience in leading or developmental roles
- Worked with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF)
- Experience mentoring colleagues and leading collegial learning

Bladins School is an independent school with a long history, consisting of preschool, primary school, international school, and high school with a total of over 1600 students.
At Bladins primary school, there are about 840 students. Each grade consists of approximately 84 students divided into three groups. We work closely with the students, set clear boundaries, and build trusting relationships with several adults. The school is located in central Malmö, at Själlandstorget.
About the position
The position is a 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
