My name is Francisca (https://www.linkedin.com/in/f-andersson/) and I lead the Talent Acquisition efforts at Redeploy (https://www.redeploy.com/). We are a specialist consulting company in Cloud, Data, and AI, where our consultants help some of the Nordics' most ambitious companies build modern, scalable, and truly robust technical solutions.

Redeploy consists of around 100 experts who are passionate about technology and doing a great job, and we are partners with Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks. We work closely with our clients' architecture and development teams, and our work spans everything from data platforms and modern analytics to AI solutions and advanced cloud infrastructure.

This also makes our recruitment both complex, niche, and very, very fun. We are now looking to grow further, and I need a colleague who wants to help build on everything we do.

What you will be entering

Next year, we will have a high recruitment pace. We work with some of the market's most sought-after profiles, including Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, AI Engineers, architects, and management consultants.

To succeed, we need to be relevant, fast, and really sharp in how we attract talent. This is not a role where you sit and receive applications. This is a role where you will be involved in driving and developing the work.

What our days look like

You and I will work closely together in everything related to TA at Redeploy. A typical week with us includes, for example:

  • Sourcing and headhunting niche technical roles
  • Initial conversations with candidates and ongoing process dialogues
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers who are passionate about their areas and provide quick feedback
  • Employer branding, student fairs, events, community initiatives, and content ideas
  • Administration, coordination, and other parts that keep the processes in place
  • Improvement work in small and large steps, such as training, process development, and data-driven TA

Initially, you will primarily support me in increasing the pace of sourcing and headhunting. That is where we have the greatest need right now. In the long run, you will get to develop across the entire TA spectrum and also delve into areas that feel exciting to you, such as DEI, data-driven recruitment, process design, training, or employer branding.

My vision is for TA to be a strategic partner for our hiring managers and an important part of making Redeploy the most attractive employer in Cloud, Data, and AI.

This means we want to create:

  • modern, clear, and data-driven processes
  • a candidate journey that feels professional and personal
  • smart and creative sourcing strategies
  • an employer brand that stands out in a competitive market
  • a TA function that operates as a team and not as a lone island

This is exactly what I want you to help develop.

Who you are

I believe that you:

  • have about a year of experience in TA, sourcing, or recruitment within tech
  • are comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and enjoy searching for talent in creative ways
  • are structured, curious, and communicative
  • want to understand how Cloud, Data, and AI are interconnected
  • dare to take initiative, roll up your sleeves when needed, and are a doer who readily says “I’ll take care of it” and also follows through
  • want to grow quickly within TA and enjoy building things together with others
  • are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Who I am and how we will work
