Blombackaskolan is a dual-parallel F–9 school with approximately 530 students and 70 employees. The school is located by Torekällberget with close public transport connections, centrally in Södertälje, featuring a fantastic nature-oriented schoolyard. Your responsibilities
You will teach our students in the after-school program for grades F-3. As an after-school teacher at Blombackaskolan, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching. You have the ability to create a positive learning environment with accessible teaching that fosters a desire to learn and where students develop as far as possible based on their conditions. In the classroom, you are a clear leader who has high expectations of the students while also giving them the responsibility to work both in groups and individually. Your clear leadership and varied teaching both promote and maintain safety and study peace in the classroom. Blombackaskolan's teaching is permeated by a language- and knowledge-developing approach characterized by student participation, clear learning objectives that are evaluated and followed up.

You see yourself as an obvious part of creating good conditions for students' development, and you have a good ability to consider each student's individual needs. You are professional and secure in your professional role and collaborate well with other colleagues. - You have a good ability to variably follow and assess the student's knowledge development in collaboration with the student
- You are a clear leader in the classroom and have the ability to adapt your teaching to the student group you meet
Requirements:
- You have a teaching license for after-school programs with a focus on art
- You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and have a formative approach to your teaching
- You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and to communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues in a way that takes responsibility for the message and ensures that the recipient understands what you mean
- You have competence and experience working with a language- and knowledge-developing approach with good results
Meritorious:
- You have experience and skill in using digital tools, and these tools are used consciously to strengthen students' learning
