ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Responsible for payroll management for approximately 100 Swedish employees in Flex HRM.
• Coordination and reporting to outsourced payroll partners in Germany, Italy, and Ireland.
• HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, system updates, management of benefits, pensions, and insurances.
• Reporting in SAP and to the Swedish Tax Agency.
• English is the corporate language, so it is important that you are comfortable with it. The office language is Swedish.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is independent and structured with experience in payroll management in Flex HRM. You have good administrative skills and enjoy varied HR tasks. Experience with SAP is a plus. For this role, the client prefers someone who can be present most of the time, but some flexibility exists.

You are communicative, social, and thrive in an international environment. Available to start immediately, preferably in December.
