Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged HR consultant for the recruitment unit who wants to contribute to meaningful, understandable, and manageable HR work for our managers!

As an HR consultant, you will work independently and together with colleagues to drive competency-based recruitment processes, including both employee and managerial recruitments, from needs analysis to candidate placement.

Our working method is close to operations and relationship-building, which means you will often be out in the operations, participating in dialogues with managers and working practically close to the assignments.

You will support, inform, and educate managers in the recruitment process and provide a safe and professional support throughout the entire recruitment chain. You will also have the opportunity to participate in development and improvement work within the unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in HR/PA or other education that we consider equivalent. We also want you to have experience in competency-based recruitment.

If you have also taken courses in recruitment, selection, and interview techniques, we see that as an advantage, as well as experience working in public sector.

It is also advantageous if you have experience working with other areas within HR.

You are used to working independently, have good structure, and are confident in prioritizing. You build relationships easily and collaborate without prestige. Your communication is clear, and you act proactively, solution-focused, and with high quality in your deliveries.

The role requires good computer skills and that you express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
