About PRISMA Security

PRISMA Security is an authorized security company by the Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, based in Stockholm.

We have been operating since 2013 and have over the years been involved in maintaining order, security, protection, and coordinating functions in both small and large contexts.

We are continuously looking for Personal Protection Guards for year-round operations in Stockholm and across the country.

Our vision is to create safety and add value to society linked to our values, high morals, and our code of conduct.

This allows us to deliver security services of very high standards.

Your Role

As an employed Personal Protection Guard at PRISMA Security, you are expected to use your skills and experience to solve complex situations both independently and as part of a team.

You will work closely with other government functions, which places high demands on you as a person in many ways.

We place great importance on personal suitability and expect you to meet the following minimum requirements:

• You have good social skills and a willingness to help those in need.
• We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress.
• You are independent but also work well in a team.
• Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe.

What are the requirements for the position?

• You need to have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish and English.
• For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.
• Valid and approved personal protection training
• Documented experience of at least 2 years full-time

Salary

Salary & compensation according to collective agreements, as well as allowances for travel, parking, group leader, deputy group leader, and individual claims.
