We are now looking for Security Guards for our new location Vällingby Centrum

• You are responsible and have good communication skills.
• You have the ability to work varying hours, as we operate around the clock.
• You have a social ability where you enjoy working with people and are service-minded.
• You have a strong security mindset and the ability to act calmly and professionally in stressful situations.

To succeed in this position, we see the following qualifications:

• You have several years of experience in security, preferably with public assignments.
• You have the ability to create engagement and cohesion within the team.
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your communication.
• You have a high level of service and a good understanding of our client's needs.
• You are trained and appointed as a security guard.

We also expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, we consider it an advantage.

We will place great emphasis during the recruitment on your personality and social skills, as we see these traits as a significant part of succeeding in the role.
