About the position

As a Construction Manager for Working Environment, you will play a central role in our projects where you are part of a team ensuring that the work environment efforts are conducted safely, structured, and in accordance with applicable legislation. You will work closely with project management, contractors, and work teams to create safe and efficient workplaces.

Your responsibilities

• Be part of a team working on the working environment at a construction site.
• Conduct regular safety rounds, risk assessments, and follow-ups
• Support the project organization in working environment issues and contribute with expert knowledge
• Ensure that routines and requirements according to AML, AFS, and internal guidelines are followed
• Drive improvement work and contribute to a culture where safety always comes first
• Documentation, reporting, and follow-up of deviations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the construction or civil engineering industry
• Solid knowledge of working environment legislation
• Experience in the role of construction manager, BAS-U/BAS-P, or similar
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to create engagement and build trusting relationships
