We are now looking for a Team Leader for our new assignment at Vällingby Centrum.

About the role

As a team leader, you will serve as the natural link between our client and us as a supplier. Your main task will be to ensure that the daily operations of our services run smoothly, that our routines are followed, and that we deliver a truly safe, high-quality, and professional service. In your role, you will have close contact with your colleagues as well as a close dialogue with our Operations Manager and our client's representatives, as well as other stakeholders within the assignment.

To succeed in the position, we see the following qualifications:

• That you have several years of experience in security, preferably with public assignments.
• That you have some form of documented leadership experience, preferably from similar assignments.
• That you have the ability to create engagement and cohesion within the group.
• That you are structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your communication.
• That you have a high level of service and a good understanding of our client's needs.
• That you are trained and appointed as a security guard.

We also see that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you speak multiple languages, we consider that an advantage. We will place great importance during the recruitment process on your personality and social skills, as we see these traits as a significant part of succeeding in the role.
