We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to help build a modern, efficient, and results-oriented recruitment process at Sylog Stockholm.

Sylog offers qualified consulting services in software development and testing to some of Sweden's most technology-intensive companies. We work with both individual specialists and entire team deliveries within development, testing, embedded systems, and project management. In Stockholm, we consist of experienced consultants and a dedicated back-office team. Our focus is on long-term relationships, quality, and a secure employment for our consultants.

About the role

As a recruiter with us, you will play a key role in finding, attracting, and recruiting IT talents within software development and testing. You will drive the entire process independently, from needs analysis and search to interviews, selection, and hiring, in close collaboration with salespeople, consulting managers, and the regional manager. You will have a significant mandate to influence how we work and the opportunity to shape a recruitment process with a clear results focus. The role suits you who thrives with multiple parallel assignments and can quickly adapt to the needs of the business.

• Developing and streamlining our recruitment processes

• Working proactively to secure a strong candidate pipeline

• Building long-term relationships and strengthening our employer brand

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in recruitment and search within IT

• Is independent and used to driving recruitment processes from start to finish

• Has presence and the ability to influence and create results

• Is action-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by clear goals and collaboration

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
