As an Audit Associate at Forvis Mazars, you will be offered stimulating and challenging tasks where you develop both individually and together with engaged colleagues. You will spend much of your time on-site with our clients, where your task is to identify and solve complex auditing issues. In collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues with varying experiences, you will work with companies of different sizes and across various industries. Your main responsibilities:

• Review client companies' bookkeeping, accounting, and management.
• Address clients' auditing questions.
• Provide clients with guidance and advice on areas for improvement.
• Ongoing documentation throughout the process.

As your development is our focus, you will be offered a solid training plan with the ultimate goal of becoming an authorized auditor. After that, there may be opportunities to eventually become a partner. Since we are an international company, there are opportunities for work abroad and in international projects.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in economics covering the mandatory subject areas according to the requirements of the Swedish Audit Authority for auditor training
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• An interest in and a desire to develop within auditing
• Work experience in economics, service, or sales is considered an advantage

Your Future Workplace

The Skåne Syd office area includes our offices in Malmö, Lund, and Ystad. The Malmö office is located on Nordenskiöldsgatan, just a stone's throw from the central station. About 40 people work here mainly in the areas of audit and tax. The Lund office is located on Fabriksgatan and has around 15 employees working in auditing.
