Substitute – Personal Assistant in Landskrona

We are currently looking for substitutes who can work as needed for a cheerful and social woman in her prime, residing in Landskrona. As a substitute, you will step in when regular assistants are absent, both during weekdays, weekends, and for longer shifts, including overnight duty. You will play an active role in the woman's daily life – both at home and during activities, outings, and meetings with family and friends.

It is a plus if you share the woman's interests in crafts, animals, and outings.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Warm and respectful attitude towards work and the person you assist
• Good teamwork skills
• Communicative and attentive
• Responsible and confident in your role
• Respectful and pleasant in interactions
• Willing to develop within the field
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in personal assistance and/or work in healthcare and social services is desirable to meet the woman's needs in the best way possible.
