Do you want to contribute to a safer society? CSG is now looking for on-call Reception Guards for our various locations around Stockholm.

About the role

As a reception guard, you are a central link between us, our customers, and visitors. You help create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment in our customers' receptions. The tasks vary but include receiving visitors, service management, access control, and simpler administrative tasks – therefore, good computer skills are a prerequisite.

We offer several different types of reception services:

• Night reception at Scandic – for those who prefer night work and thrive in a calmer but responsibility-heavy environment.
• Reception at Karolinska Institutet (KI) – daytime services in an active and professional environment with many visitors.

Qualifications

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills
• Security guard training (VU1) is an advantage
• Experience in service, administration, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
• Multilingualism is considered an advantage
• At least two years of work experience

To thrive in the role, it is important that you are responsible, comfortable interacting with different people, and can handle situations that require clarity and calm.

Employment form

We are currently looking for on-call employees for these reception services. Before employment, a security check with a background check will be conducted. You must also be approved by the County Administrative Board for work in an authorized security company.
