About the assignment

We are looking for a senior IT support technician to join a support team responsible for second-line IT support for a large national organization with several thousand users. The team works with both hardware and software troubleshooting and is responsible for ongoing support via phone and ticket management.

The environment is large, technology-intensive, and places high demands on structure, service ability, and problem-solving. You will be part of a team that manages extensive IT environments including computers, mobile phones, printers, and applications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting software and hardware
Second line support
Documentation and creation of guides
Support to users via ticket management system and phone

Profile and Competency Level (Senior)

You have several years of experience in IT support, work independently, and serve as a reliable resource within the team. You contribute both technical expertise and a professional demeanor.

Requirements

The consultant must meet the following requirements:

Experience in IT support in a support function
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Windows
Experience with Microsoft’s product portfolio
