About the role:

We are looking for a senior IT support technician who wants to strengthen an engaged team working with second-line support. You will be an important part in ensuring high availability and a smooth IT everyday life for users.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting software and hardware

• Second-line IT support

• Documentation, such as guides and instructions

• Support to colleagues and independent responsibility for your own areas of work

• Several years of experience 5+ as a senior IT support technician

• Experience in IT support in a support function

• Very good knowledge of Windows

• Experience with Microsoft's product range

• Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Strongly meriting if you have experience in the public sector and preferably complex IT environments

Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and enjoys taking responsibility. To thrive, you also need to be a team player who values collaboration and flexibility.  Practical details:

Location: Jönköping, travel may occur 

Extent: Full-time 100%
