Role Description

We are looking for a senior Test Lead for an assignment within a technically advanced testing team. The assignment involves overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and structuring testing work across multiple disciplines – electrical testing, cooling systems, as well as software and hardware. You will act as the cohesive link between the test engineers and the client's organization, responsible for progress, quality, and communication throughout the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of test engineers across multiple testing disciplines
• 
  
• Ensure planning, execution, and follow-up of testing activities
• 
  
• Be responsible for reporting and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• 
  
• Create structure around test plans, test cases, and documentation
• 
  
• Ensure that test results are documented and communicated clearly
• 
  
• Act as a technical and organizational coordinator between the team's various testing areas

The team works within the following testing areas, where you have overall coordination responsibility:

• Electrical Testing – LVD, grounding tests, cable routing, and voltage and current measurements
• 
  
• Cooling Systems – efficiency (COP), capacity, frost/defrost, and control and functionality
• 
  
• Software and Hardware – verification of control systems, hydraulic tests, and functional tests

Requirements

• Several years of experience in testing and verification in a technical environment
• 
  
• Documented experience in leading or coordinating testing work in the role of Test Lead or equivalent
• 
  
• Experience working in a lab or testing environment
• 
  
• Good ability to structure and document testing work
• 
  
• Experience in reporting and communication with various stakeholders
• 
  
• Experience working in international environments
• 
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• 
  
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink and Jira

Desirable

• Experience from the automotive industry, defense sector, or similar technical field

Tranås – on-site, 5 days/week.
