CRM System Administrator at ITAB

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a CRM System Administrator, you will play a central role in ITAB's ongoing transformation work. You support the business by ensuring that Salesforce is a stable, user-friendly, and business-adapted platform. Salesforce is an important part of the transformation and is used as a strategic tool to support future ways of working.

You will be responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the platform. The role combines technical tasks with user support, focusing on efficient processes, high data quality, and clear business benefits.

At ITAB, you work closely with the business in a collaborative environment with high accountability. You will have the opportunity to influence how Salesforce supports the organization and contributes to solutions that create better shopping experiences in a dynamic context characterized by change and development.

The assignment starts as a consulting assignment through us, with a clear ambition to transition to a permanent position at ITAB after a period of collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

The role involves being responsible for the operation, configuration, and optimization of their Salesforce platform, as well as providing support and training to users to ensure an effective and reliable CRM environment.

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and reports.
• Provide support to users, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors or performance issues.
• Ensure data quality through audits, import/export, and deduplication.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training, and document system processes.
• Collaborate with the CRM System Manager and business stakeholders to improve workflows.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant academic degree in information technology, systems science, or similar.
• Has experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM in an administrative role.
• Has previously worked as a system administrator or in a similar role.
• Has the ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce's configuration tools (e.g., Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards).
