Experienced Customer Support Representative Wanted at Nordlo Jönköping

At Nordlo Jönköping, we are growing and looking for someone who wants to join us in delivering comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions to our customers.

We are currently seeking a service-oriented 1st line employee for our customer support team.

About the Role

As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and an important task is to ensure that users have a positive experience through a professional and service-oriented approach. You will play a crucial role in assisting users with technical problems and ensuring they receive prompt and professional support. With varied tasks and different customer environments, you have great opportunities to learn new things while also strengthening and developing your existing skills. You will belong to our customer support team in Jönköping, where you will work with about ten colleagues to:

  • Manage and resolve incoming cases via phone, email, and system
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our users
  • Escalate more complex cases to 2nd line support or consultants
  • Document and follow up on cases in our case management system

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a strong interest in IT. We place great importance on personality; it is essential that you are communicative, pedagogical, solution-oriented, and responsible. You should enjoy working with troubleshooting, technology, and people. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

In addition, you should also have:

  • Several years of experience in IT support or customer service
  • Relevant education and good IT skills
  • Ability to express yourself correctly and pedagogically in writing and speech
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • An interest in developing and learning new things
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra
  • Experience with Active Directory / Windows Server
  • Experience with Windows OS

Experience in the following is a plus:

  • ITIL
  • Network technology
  • Experience working in case management systems
