Welcome to us! The mission of the Digitalization Department is to support the municipality's operations throughout the entire digitalization journey – from identifying a development need all the way to cost-effective, reliable, and secure IT operations.
The department has a clear goal of enabling the municipality to accelerate its digitalization efforts and to highlight the progress, improvements, effects, and benefits resulting from this work. The department is also responsible for providing effective IT services and a secure, robust, and scalable digital infrastructure that supports and enables digitalization efforts.
We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute with structure, relationship-building, and strategic thinking – and who wants to be a key person in realizing the municipality's digital goals.
Your New Job
As a Customer Manager, you will be the primary link between the Digitalization Department and the municipality's administrations and companies. You will capture needs, create consensus, and help the operations translate goals into digital opportunities.
This is a role where you combine a strategic helicopter perspective with the ability to build good relationships and ensure quality at every step. Your assignment is broad and varied – and you will have significant influence over the municipality's continued digital development.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Being the main contact and collaboration partner for the operations' objects, administrations, and relevant companies.
- Initiating collaboration between operational objects, IT objects, and suppliers according to the municipality's governance model.
- Supporting operations in transforming needs and goals into concrete digital initiatives and describing these in the object portfolio.
- Monitoring development needs, object plans, and digital investments in the municipality's operations.
- Providing advice on prioritizing initiatives based on benefits, feasibility, and the principles of the governance model.
- Quality-assuring project ideas and contributing to sustainable portfolio management.
- Following up on cases, projects, and digital services – and acting when obstacles arise.
- Building long-term relationships and continuous dialogue with object leaders, operational managers, and other key roles.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in IT, systems science, or equivalent.
- Experience in business development and collaboration between IT and operations.
- Experience in project management and structured change work.
We also believe that you are someone who:
- Has the ability to analyze needs and translate them into digital solutions.
- Communicates clearly, attentively, and with credibility.
- Has a broad understanding of various IT environments and digital services.
- Is curious and follows developments in digitalization with engagement.
- Is unpretentious, solution-focused, and analytical with a good ability to handle complex situations.
Good to Know
The position is located in the Digitalization Department's staff. Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
