Professional Galaxy is looking for a Senior Solution Owner AdTech on behalf of our client.

We are now seeking a Senior Solution Owner in AdTech for a consulting assignment with our client, a global corporation and market-leading player in products for forestry, parks, and gardens. The assignment is business-critical and entails overall responsibility for the client's AdTech solutions, focusing on business value, compliance, and technical quality.

This is a consulting assignment, and you will be hired as a specialist to strengthen and further develop the client's AdTech capabilities.

About the assignment As a Solution Owner, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and delivery of AdTech solutions in close collaboration with the Service Manager – AdTech, Marketing, IT, Legal, and external platform providers.

You will drive the roadmap and backlog for the AdTech area and ensure that business needs, technical requirements, and compliance requirements are prioritized and balanced in a structured manner.

Main responsibilities:

Own and develop the AdTech roadmap and backlog, including prioritization of business and technical needs Be the main point of contact for the business regarding AdTech solutions Be responsible for supplier relationships, contracts, budget, and license management in collaboration with the Service Manager Ensure that all AdTech solutions comply with GDPR and internal data protection policies Lead workshops and requirements gathering and facilitate prioritization dialogues Participate in and manage major incidents and issues within the AdTech area from a business perspective Communicate status, risks, and consequences to the business and management Follow up and report service performance, business value, risks, and improvement opportunities The role involves a clear interface between business and IT, ensuring that the solutions meet both business needs and fulfill technical and regulatory requirements.

Requirements 5–10 years of experience in a senior role within AdTech, digital marketing, or related field Deep understanding of AdTech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Emplifi, and Smartly Documented experience with GDPR, data privacy, web analytics, and consent management Strong experience in stakeholder management and supplier governance Experience with contract management, budget responsibility, and license management Ability to drive improvement work in complex technical and organizational environments Experience in incident and problem management in business-critical systems Excellent communication skills Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
