Do you want to be part of managing and further developing the systems that make our operations sustainable, efficient, and future-ready? We are looking for a structured and driven System Administrator.

About the role

As a system administrator at Jönköping Energi, you will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating the management of one or more enterprise-wide systems. The role involves ensuring that the systems are stable, updated, and tailored to the needs of the organization, while continuously identifying improvements and development opportunities. You will work closely with both the business and IT functions, gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requests from different parts of the organization, where you will also communicate requirements and needs to system suppliers.

Your work will include developing and maintaining management plans, improving workflows and routines, and ensuring that our systems comply with applicable laws and regulations, particularly related to information security and GDPR. The role also involves collaboration with IT operations and architecture to ensure that system solutions align with our target architecture, as well as driving and implementing smaller projects and assignments related to system development. As the needs of the organization change, the focus of the role may also evolve, for example, during the implementation of new systems where you will play a central role in driving change and ensuring sustainable management in the long term.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in requirement specification for system suppliers.

  • Good system understanding and analytical skills.

  • Experience in change management and working with information security/GDPR.

  • Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

We believe that you are structured, meticulous, and keen on creating order and clarity in both processes and systems. The combination of your collaborative skills, analytical approach, and ability to handle complex situations will help you succeed in a role where technology, development, and business understanding meet.
