We are looking for an IT Support Technician for our client Jönköping Energi AB.
Role
First-line support for issues and training for users.
We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma focused on IT or someone with work experience in the field. A higher education in IT is an advantage.
Must-have requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in IT support.
M365 competence
Experience working with conference equipment
Experience working with ticketing systems
Experience working with Entra Id
Experience troubleshooting computers and mobile devices
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience with MDM tools such as Intune and SCCM is a plus
