As a support technician in our HelpDesk, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, addressing, and following up on cases from our users across Europe. In the support function, you will handle several different systems and IT services and drive improvement work and development of our support platform.

Do you want valuable experience this summer?

We are looking for someone with education or who is studying IT or has equivalent experience from working as a support technician. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in Microsoft environments (client, server, M365), networking (Cisco), virtualization (VMWare), telecom, mobile telephony, and experience working in an ITIL environment. You have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You find it easy to collaborate with people around you and have a high degree of flexibility. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and value drive, responsibility, and good communication.
