About the Position

The job involves handling cases within first line support as well as providing support and training to users. We are looking for someone with at least a high school education with an IT focus or equivalent work experience in the field. Post-secondary education in IT is considered an advantage.

Who are you?

You have at least three years of experience in IT support and good competence in M365. You are accustomed to working in case management systems, have experience with Entra ID, and working with conference and meeting equipment. Additionally, you have a good ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on both computers and mobile devices.
