We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strategic mindset, good collaboration skills, and a high sense of responsibility. These qualities are important as the role involves working at a corporate level and requires a holistic perspective, as well as the ability to contribute to common initiatives across multiple business areas.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and support within IT infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS (client/server).
  • Experience in network administration and protocols (TCP/IP, firewalls, switches), primarily Fortinet.
  • Familiarity with working in ticket management systems.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Driver's license (B).
  • High school education in IT or equivalent experience.

Your tasks may include:

  • Troubleshooting and support of servers, hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V), networks, printers, and peripherals.
  • Development and administration of Azure infrastructure.
  • Development, administration, and configuration of Windows Server systems.
  • Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network components.
  • Development, configuration, and troubleshooting of Fortinet full stack.
  • Working in ticket management systems such as ServiceDesk Pro or ServiceNow.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and users – both in Swedish and English.
  • Advisory within OT and implementation of certain structural requirements from the business.
  • Assistance and support in M&A processes.
  • Development and administration of backup systems, such as Veeam or Barracuda.
  • Management of SQL servers / database management.
  • License management for related systems such as Fortinet, Barracuda, Microsoft Server.

If you have the following knowledge, it is a plus:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, NSE.
  • Experience/Certification in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and structured troubleshooting.
  • Experience with security solutions such as Windows Defender, Azure patch management, Azure ARC.
  • Knowledge of MacOS, Linux, or other operating systems.
  • Previous work in a service desk or 2nd/3rd line support.
  • Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
