Who are you?

At Nexer in Jönköping, we continue to strengthen our successful team. We are looking for both testers and test leaders who are passionate about creating robust, well-tested systems – whether you work hands-on with test automation or lead and develop the testing process in larger projects.

Both roles require you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. This is essential for success in our customer dialogues and within the team.

As a tester focusing on test automation:

You will help ensure software quality by:

• creating automated test cases
• building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• contributing to a more proactive and sustainable testing effort

We prefer that you have 4–5 years of experience in testing/test automation as well as:

• Experience with automated testing in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Knowledge of modern frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Shell Scripting, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus

As a test leader:

You will plan, lead, and follow up on testing work – ensuring that the entire testing process contributes to both quality and efficiency. Your tasks include:

• writing test plans and leading test projects
• prioritizing testing efforts and securing resources
• coaching the team and developing testing methods
• following up, documenting, and improving the testing process
• collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and users

You have at least 5 years of experience in test management and preferably experience from both smaller and larger projects with a focus on agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
