IKG is a technical consulting company that works with product-developing companies across various industries. About the Position:

We are now looking for a technical project manager who has a passion for leading complex technical projects and ensuring successful deliveries. As a technical project manager with us, you will be a key person in driving projects from start to finish, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and managing technical and operational challenges. You will work with leading companies in various industries and contribute to developing and delivering high-quality solutions in product development and technology. Your work will involve planning, coordinating, and following up on projects while ensuring that all technical requirements and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Civil or university engineer in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar)
• Experience in technical project management and driving complex projects, preferably in product development and/or technology
• Knowledge of project methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or similar) and tools for project planning and follow-up
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful deliveries
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, as well as experience working closely with both technical and business stakeholders
• Swedish citizenship is required due to collaboration with companies in the defense industry
